Staying true to its mission to ensure complete customer satisfaction, Boulangerie St-Méthode has decided to undertake a strategic orientation in response to the growing phenomenon of food allergies.

In 2001, the company decided to ban nuts and peanuts from its transformation plan. Boulangerie St-Méthode's products no longer contain nuts or peanuts.

Soybean and sesame seeds are allergens likely to be found in trace concentrations in our products baked on our bread and rolls line.

Moreover, traces of milk, eggs, soybean and sesame seeds can be found in pastries.
