sub-contracting which allows them to produce products marketed by other
national bakeries.
Boulangerie St-Méthodes Bakery also produces, under sub-contracts, for a
pharmaceutical firm, nutriceutical cookies focused towards both American &
European clients in treating obesity.
Finally, Boulangerie St-Méthode Bakery still continues to develop export
sales, mainly to the United States.
