Health is the key word in our R&D department at Boulangerie St-Méthode
Bakery. Even though different internal analysis are done on our products, as
a safety precaution towards integrity, Boulangerie St-Méthode Bakery will
call upon independent firms to test the quality of the products.
By doing so, Boulangerie St-Méthode Bakery has launched a unique bread line
with No Sugar, No Fat Added. This line has met the necessary requirements of
both the Health Check Program of the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
and the Food Choice Values of the Canadian Diabetes Association.
Natural Innovations
In search of offering healthy products of superior quality, Boulangerie
St-Méthode Bakery has also launched its Naturo-Bread now presented in eight
organically certified varieties :
